Intellectual Property Protection

RealmPilot respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. The Minecraft Server Dashboard software is proprietary software protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or redistribution of this software is strictly prohibited.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied or used in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or if you discover unauthorized copies of the Minecraft Server Dashboard being distributed, please provide us with the following information in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. Section 512):

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work — A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.

Counter-Notification

If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us containing the following:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature.
  2. Identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the judicial district in which your address is located (or, if outside the United States, any judicial district in which RealmPilot may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original notification.

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, RealmPilot has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts or access of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.

Unauthorized Distribution

The Minecraft Server Dashboard is licensed, not sold. Each purchase grants a single non-transferable license. If you encounter unauthorized copies of this software on any platform, including but not limited to:

Good Faith

RealmPilot processes all DMCA notifications and counter-notifications in good faith and in accordance with applicable law. Please note that knowingly making a material misrepresentation in a DMCA notification or counter-notification may subject you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees.
