These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RealmPilot ("Company", "we", "us", "our"). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. License Grant

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and the accompanying License Agreement, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, distribute, share, transfer, or make the Software available to any third party, whether for commercial or non-commercial purposes.

You agree that you will NOT:

4. Intellectual Property

The Software, including all code, templates, language files, documentation, and associated materials, is the intellectual property of RealmPilot and is protected by copyright law and international treaties. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved.

The Software incorporates open-source third-party libraries, each subject to their own license terms as listed in the LICENSE file. Your use of these libraries is governed by their respective licenses.

5. Third-Party Disclaimer

The Software is NOT an official Minecraft product. It is NOT approved by or associated with Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or any of their affiliates.

"Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Studios. All Minecraft-related assets, names, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Software interacts with Minecraft servers using publicly available protocols (RCON, server log parsing, NBT file reading) and does not modify, patch, or alter the Minecraft game client or server software.

The Software may interact with third-party services including but not limited to:

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or terms of service of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

6. User Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

7. Data Handling

The Software operates entirely on your local machine or server. We do not operate any cloud infrastructure, telemetry service, or data collection endpoint in connection with the Software.

For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Purchases and Refunds

The Software is sold through third-party marketplaces (e.g., BuiltByBit, Gumroad). All purchases are subject to the terms, refund policies, and dispute resolution processes of the marketplace through which you purchased the Software.

We do not process payments directly. For refund requests, chargebacks, or billing disputes, please contact the marketplace where you completed your purchase.

Your purchase includes access to updates and community support for the current major version of the Software, as available through the official distribution channels provided at the time of purchase.

9. Updates

We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to provide updates, and updates may change, add, or remove features.

The Software includes an optional update-check feature that contacts a public endpoint to compare version numbers. This check transmits only the current Software version string and receives only the latest available version number. No personally identifiable information is transmitted during this check.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

You acknowledge that the Software interacts with Minecraft server files, processes, and network protocols, and that such interactions carry inherent risks including but not limited to data loss, server downtime, and file corruption. You assume all risk associated with the use of the Software.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL DWELLVERSE, ITS OWNERS, CONTRIBUTORS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SOFTWARE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY (CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE) AND EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SOFTWARE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability shall be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RealmPilot, its owners, contributors, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which RealmPilot operates, without regard to its conflict of laws provisions.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Software shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the governing jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis and not as a class action, collective action, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against RealmPilot.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving its original intent.
