We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, security, or terms of service of any third-party service. Use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.
6. User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for:
- Server Security. Securing your Minecraft server, the machine on which the Software runs, and any network access to the Software (including port forwarding, firewall configuration, and HTTPS setup).
- Credentials. Safeguarding all login credentials, RCON passwords, Discord bot tokens, AWS/S3 credentials, and any other authentication material configured within the Software.
- Data Backups. Maintaining independent backups of your Minecraft server data. While the Software provides backup functionality, we do not guarantee the integrity, completeness, or recoverability of any backup.

7. Data Handling
The Software operates entirely on your local machine or server. We do not operate any cloud infrastructure, telemetry service, or data collection endpoint in connection with the Software.

- User-Configured External Services. If you choose to configure Discord notifications, cloud backups, or other integrations, the Software will transmit data to those services as directed by you. Such transmissions are initiated solely by your configuration choices and are subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services.
For full details on data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
8. Purchases and Refunds
The Software is sold through third-party marketplaces (e.g., BuiltByBit, Gumroad). All purchases are subject to the terms, refund policies, and dispute resolution processes of the marketplace through which you purchased the Software.
We do not process payments directly. For refund requests, chargebacks, or billing disputes, please contact the marketplace where you completed your purchase.
Your purchase includes access to updates and community support for the current major version of the Software, as available through the official distribution channels provided at the time of purchase.
9. Updates
We may release updates, patches, or new versions of the Software at our sole discretion. We are under no obligation to provide updates, and updates may change, add, or remove features.
The Software includes an optional update-check feature that contacts a public endpoint to compare version numbers. This check transmits only the current Software version string and receives only the latest available version number. No personally identifiable information is transmitted during this check.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the Software shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration authority in the governing jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.

15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
