Digital Product
The Minecraft Server Dashboard is a digital software product delivered electronically. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment.
Refund Eligibility
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
Eligible for Refund
- Non-functional software — The Software fails to run as described and we are unable to resolve the issue through reasonable technical support, provided you report the issue within 14 days of purchase.
- Duplicate purchase — You accidentally purchased the Software more than once. Contact us within 14 days with proof of duplicate transactions.
- Pre-purchase misrepresentation — The Software materially differs from the description provided on the store listing at the time of purchase.
Not Eligible for Refund
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You did not read the system requirements before purchasing (Python 3.8+, Minecraft Java Edition server or world save).
- The Software works as described but does not meet your personal expectations or preferences.
- You are unable to install the Software due to your own system configuration, hosting provider restrictions, or lack of technical knowledge.
- Your server uses an unsupported or custom server platform that is not listed in the product description.
- More than 30 days have passed since purchase.
- You have violated the Terms of Service or License Agreement.
How to Request a Refund
Refund requests should be submitted through the marketplace where you completed your purchase:
- BuiltByBit — Use the marketplace's built-in dispute or refund system.
- Gumroad — Use Gumroad's refund request process or contact us directly.
- Direct purchase — Email refunds@realmpilot.pro with your transaction ID and reason for the request.
All refund requests must include:
- Your marketplace username or order/transaction ID.
- Date of purchase.
- Reason for the refund request.
- Any supporting information (error messages, screenshots, system details).
Processing
- Refund requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed through the original marketplace/payment method.
- Processing times depend on the marketplace and your payment provider (typically 5-10 business days).
- Upon refund, your license to use the Software is revoked and you must delete all copies.
European Union Customers
Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, you may waive this right if:
- The supply of digital content has begun with your prior express consent, and
- You acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download/delivery is complete.
By purchasing and downloading the Software, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal. If you have not downloaded or accessed the Software, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.

Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, we encourage you to:
- Review the INSTALL.txt and README.md included with the Software.
- Ensure your system meets the stated requirements (Python 3.8+, a Minecraft Java Edition server or world save).
