The Minecraft Server Dashboard is a digital software product delivered electronically. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately upon payment.

How to Request a Refund

Refund requests should be submitted through the marketplace where you completed your purchase:

All refund requests must include:

  1. Your marketplace username or order/transaction ID.
  2. Date of purchase.
  3. Reason for the refund request.
  4. Any supporting information (error messages, screenshots, system details).

European Union Customers

Under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, for digital content supplied on a non-tangible medium, you may waive this right if:

By purchasing and downloading the Software, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal. If you have not downloaded or accessed the Software, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of purchase by contacting us.

Before requesting a refund for a technical issue, we encourage you to:

  1. Review the INSTALL.txt and README.md included with the Software.
  2. Ensure your system meets the stated requirements (Python 3.8+, a Minecraft Java Edition server or world save).
  3. Contact us at support@realmpilot.pro — many issues can be resolved quickly.
